Program
Our meetings are hybrid meetings. That means there will be an in-person meeting at
Cretin-Derham Hall (CDH) and a meeting on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
Zoom meeting information can be found at the end of the newsletter.
The speaker at our March meeting will be Bob Parnell, NØKLC, and the topic will be
“What happens when you send an email”.

Bob is an extra-class ham, licensed since 1985. He had an extensive career in information technology with the State of Minnesota
and AT&T. During his career with the State of Minnesota he had full technical
responsibility for both governors Tim Pawlenty and Jesse Ventura. Bob will discuss early
PC’s, bits and bytes, and processors which will serve as fundamentals for networking,
fiber optics and more. If time permits, he may also discuss DSL and cable internet and
how the service gets to our homes. Please join us Friday March 1st for a very interesting
program!
